I am a believer in the power of our mind, our mother earth, the elements that surround us, and our connection with the universe. Allowing these things to come together for the purpose of assisting in the healing and balancing of the energy that is us and all around us.

I realized that if I wanted to see healthy changes in my life, I needed to begin by looking within myself.  

I enrolled in Reiki I, then Reiki II directly after.  A few months later, I enrolled in Reiki II Advanced.  After practicing these teachings over and over again, my overall health was improving, my perspective on everything was shifting, and I began to feel peace within myself.

A couple of months later, I enrolled in the Master Program.  I realized that everything I was learning and applying to my life was incredibly transformative.
